Mahmoud Rami Haddad
Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇬 Aswan, Aswan, Egypt
- Aswan Shop
- Since 1978
- English, Arabic
I'm a shoemaking specialist. If you live around Aswan, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mahmoud
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
