Baking, done properly

I've worked in baking since 1991. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,020 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Mahin: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
