Mahin Abdul Dutta
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Redwood Shop
- 1994 to 2008
- English, Bengali
I've worked in bicycle repair from 1994 to 2008. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 490 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.

What gifts mean to Mahin: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
