Mahesh Verma

Retired geography teacher from Melbourne Boys' School

I taught geography at Melbourne Boys' School in Melbourne from 1993 to 2010. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I never once raised my voice. I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mahesh: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
