Helping people break into leadership
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Willow Creek Learning Hub
- Since 2001
- English, Nepali
For 25 years I've mentored people in leadership and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mahesh
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mahesh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
