Mahesh S. Walia
French and early years teacher, Nagpur
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Nagpur Girls' School
- Since 1993
- English, Hindi
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 33 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
I'm still learning every day.

If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the long bus ride home.

What gifts mean to Mahesh: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
