For 31 years I've run the cross country program at Mumbai Bayview Sports Club in Mumbai. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.
