Magdalena Sikora
Volunteer mentor with Radom Learning Hub
- 🇵🇱 Radom, Masovia, Poland
- Radom Learning Hub
- 2002 to 2016
- Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through Radom Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Magdalena
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Magdalena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
