For 30 years I ran the swimming program at Harbor Community Club in Aberdeen. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
