Magdalena Irena Pawlak
Recovery mentor, Radom
- 🇵🇱 Radom, Masovia, Poland
- Andes Foundation
- 2003 to 2023
- English, Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 800 people through Andes Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
