Maeve Lynch
Engineering mentor, Cork
- 🇮🇪 Cork, Munster, Ireland
- Cork Association
- Since 2013
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through Cork Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Maeve
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
