Maëlle Amélie Girard
Mentor in law school and software
- 🇫🇷 Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, France
- 1983 to 1996
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Saint-Denis Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Maëlle
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
