Madushan Wanigasekara
Mentor in entrepreneurship and design
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Learning Hub
- Since 2001
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,280 people through Colombo Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Madushan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
