Madushan Kasun Rajapaksa
Youth volleyball coach and mentor
- 🇱🇰 Dehiwala, Western, Sri Lanka
- 2005 to 2024
- English
I coached volleyball at Dehiwala Football Club from 2005 to 2024. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
