I've volunteered with Beacon Community Kitchen from 1993 to 2022. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Madhuri: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.
