I'm a mentor in leadership. I've spent my career as an accountant and now give some of that back.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Madhuri
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Madhuri: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
