Helping people break into nursing
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India

- Since 2014
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 310 people through Sunrise Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Madhuri: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
