Madhu T. Bedi
Mentor in law school and teaching
- 🇮🇳 Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Lotus Community Trust
- Since 1998
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,540 people through Lotus Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Madhu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Madhu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
