I've played sitar since 1990, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 20 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Madhu
I write my first song when I was 17. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Madhu: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
