Madhu E. Verma
Self-taught woodcarving artist
- 🇬🇧 Bristol, England, United Kingdom
- Sakura Gallery
- 1988 to 2007
- English, Hindi
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 1988 at Sakura Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Sakura Gallery, which keeps me honest.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
