Madhu B. Oberoi
Master of plumbing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Mysuru, Karnataka, India
- Redwood Shop
- 2011 to 2025
- English
My trade is plumbing. I opened my own shop in 2011 in Mysuru and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Madhu
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Madhu: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
