I coached basketball at San Diego Andes Youth Club from 1980 to 2008. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Madeline
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
