I've coached swimming at Chicago Community Club since 1993. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Mackenzie
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Mackenzie: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
