Choir director and singer
- 🇺🇬 Mukono, Central Region, Uganda
- Mukono Choir
- Since 1988
- English, Swahili
I play brass band and flute. I started in 1988 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I carry a notebook everywhere.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Macharia
I write my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Macharia: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
