Macharia Kato Njoroge
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Trades Guild
- 1982 to 2020
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I'm a tiling specialist. If you live around Nairobi, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Macharia
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Macharia: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
