Macharia Kamau Mbwambo
Helping people break into careers
- 🇺🇬 Entebbe, Central Region, Uganda
- 2016 to 2025
- English, Swahili
For nine years I've mentored people in careers and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Macharia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Macharia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
