Macharia Bakari Mussa
Small business mentor, Mbale
- 🇺🇬 Mbale, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Hope Association
- Since 1990
- English
For 36 years I've mentored people in small business and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Macharia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
