Lyudmila Zlata Lebedev
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇹 Palermo, Sicily, Italy
- 2015 to 2024
- Italian, Russian, English
I've worked in baking from 2015 to 2024. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 170 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Lyudmila: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
