28 years teaching English literature in Pietermaritzburg
- 🇿🇦 Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
- Atlas Grammar School

For 29 years I have been the English literature teacher at Atlas Grammar School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I never turn anyone away.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Lwazi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Lwazi: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
