Lungile H. Pillay
Design mentor, Bloemfontein
- 🇿🇦 Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa
- Since 2010
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Bloemfontein Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Lungile
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Lungile: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
