Luna W. Juarez
34 years teaching mathematics in El Paso
- 🇺🇸 El Paso, Texas, United States
- El Paso Secondary School
- Since 1984
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 42 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Luna
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

I'm a mechanic now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Catania.

I was in your mixed-ability classes class in 2002. You believed I could do it before I did Thank you again.

You taught me mathematics in 2023 at El Paso Secondary School. I still remember the long bus ride home.
