Lukman Dedi Utomo
Bass player and teacher in Jakarta Selatan
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Selatan Our Lady of Peace Ensemble
- 1981 to 1995
- English
I've played bass from 1981 to 1995, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Lukman
I wrote my first song when I was 14. It was terrible and I still love it.

You played at our wedding in 1997 and it was perfect. Greetings from Bahir Dar.
