Baking for 37 years in Toronto
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Heritage Workshop
- Since 1989
- English, Spanish
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Toronto, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Luke
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Luke: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
