I taught special education at Holy Cross Boys' School in Essen from 2002 to 2013. Most days I taught primary school children, and I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 570 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Lukas: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
