Helping people break into trades
- 🇩🇪 Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Sakura Mentoring Circle
- Since 1991
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 950 people through Sakura Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Lukas
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
