- 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Rio de Janeiro Athletic Club
- 1984 to 2002

For 18 years I ran the cross country program at Rio de Janeiro Athletic Club in Rio de Janeiro. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
More about Luiz
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Luiz: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
