Helping people break into design
- 🇧🇷 Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brazil
- Riverside Association
- 2012 to 2020
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Riverside Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Luiz: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
