Luiz Alexandre Santos
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇷 Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- Meadowbank Works
- Since 1991
- Portuguese
I've worked in masonry since 1991. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,050 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm learning the guitar.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Luiz: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
