Luis S. Franco
Self-taught mural painting artist
- 🇲🇽 San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico
- The Hillcrest Print Workshop
- Since 1993
- Spanish
I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 1993 at The Hillcrest Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at The Hillcrest Print Workshop, which keeps me honest.
What gifts mean to Luis: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
