I organize the elderly befriending in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. About 72 people rely on it every week.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small habits keep a team together.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Luis: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
