Luis P. Salazar

Local blacksmithing and tailoring

  • 🇦🇷 Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina
  • Little Oakwood Shop
  • 1994 to 2003
  • English, Spanish, French
I've worked in blacksmithing from 1994 to 2003. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 220 apprentices. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Luis

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

Crafts and trades

What gifts mean to Luis: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
