Helping people break into nursing
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- Jacaranda Mentoring Circle
- Since 1997
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,280 people through Jacaranda Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Luis
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
