Luís Joaquim Gomes

Retired agriculture teacher from Porto Alegre Boys' School

  • 🇧🇷 Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
  • Porto Alegre Boys' School
  • 1993 to 2015
  • English, Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 22 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

More about Luís

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
