Luís João Monteiro

Volunteer mentor with Our Lady of Peace Community Trust

  • 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Our Lady of Peace Community Trust
  • Since 2013
  • Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Our Lady of Peace Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Luís

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Luís: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
