I spent 31 years as a lecturer in anthropology at Central State University in La Plata. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a farmhand and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
What gifts mean to Luis: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
