Luis H. Cortés

Self-taught oil painting artist

I'm a oil painting artist based in San Nicolás de los Garza. I've been making things from 1994 to 2018 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. I also teach a weekly class at Beacon Studio, which keeps me honest.

More about Luis

I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Luis: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
