Weaving, done properly
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Starlight Workshop
- Since 1988
- Spanish
I've worked in weaving since 1988. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,980 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 14 years later for another job.
More about Luis
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Luis: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
