Helping people break into engineering
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Since 2008
- German
For 18 years I've mentored people in engineering and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
