Lucy W. Flores
Nursing mentor, Buffalo
- 🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York, United States
- 2006 to 2015
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Atlas Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Lucy
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
