Lucy Rose Wafula
Choir director and singer
- 🇺🇬 Entebbe, Central Region, Uganda
- Entebbe Ensemble
- 2010 to 2025
- English, Swahili
I play oud and gospel. I started in 2010 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Lucy
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Lucy: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
